My family and I have been at Cedar Park Apts for almost 15 years. We have been in both one and two bedroom apartments and the landlord and staff are super nice and willing to help out when a person needs it. We live in a multicultural community. We are in walking distance to Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Dollar Tree and Kenmore Park and Ride. The staff is multicultural. We have access to a workout center and the landlord/staff will help a person out when they are in need with in the complex routines or other problems within the apartments. The staff will let us the tenants know in writing when there are going to be major projects going on. They will make sure that the messages are attached to the door and you have a way to contact the staff when you need to.

My partner rented this place in 2016 because my potential school Bastyr was closer from this place. The owner Harash was really shady from the get go. He didn't clean the carpets before my partner had moved in. My partner was not in a good mental as he was going through divorce and his dad had suffered a stroke. He never cleaned carpets for us. Once there was fire damage Harash charged 3000 dollars to put in a few old cupboard doors. My partner didn't argue with him on anything . Harsh is antiblack. I will not recommend this apartment complex for Black people. Ultimately when Harash tried to make more out of my partner before he moved out my partner threatened to write bad reviews that's when Harash backed off. Harash you are one ...#$%@ .

I really enjoyed living here. It was a quiet neighborhood, excellent walkability, the grounds were always kept clean, and the apartment management responded to any questions or issues promptly. I also enjoyed the view from my oversized balcony and the cozy fireplace... it definitely was a great place to live! (These outdoor pictures were all taken from my balcony, my favorite place to hang out).

Lived here for over four years. Super friendly staff! Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Best of all they keep the grounds always clean. I hope to live here for years to come.
