I've been a customer of this establishment for a while now and have enjoyed the in person shopping experience that it provides. This last weekend though I witnessed a customer being treated so poorly by a staff member that I cant in good conscience ever shop here again. It appeared the guy was having issues with a cameras he had purchased and while discussing with the employee for a short time the employee erupted in anger. I'm not sure what was said or what the situation was about but the customer did not seem to provoke the Employee at all. I think the customer asked to talk with the store owner at this point and he was just told if he didn't leave they would charge him with trespassing. All of this was going on while me and many other people where shopping. The looks on peoples faces of how this man was being treated was unreal. The man when told to leave garbed his things and began to leave when another employee followed him out the door trying to provoke the man even more. In a time when almost everything can be bought online It is nice to still have that in person one on one connections. If this is what in person shopping is becoming thought I don't want any part of it. If Kenmore Camera cant handle a customer upset about something better than this then I cant see how they are still in business!

Fantastic inventory, immense knowledge with years of experience so can answer most questions. YET, I have had experience of a couple sales employees pushing me to buy more (a couple, definitely not most)....in other words seems like they only have their commission in mind when discussing gear and I have walked away spending money I did not intend to (which I usually end up returning after I've had time to think about the transaction that occurred). Feels almost like a car sales person. Definitely understandable, people need to make a living, but sometimes it is a bit too far.

Awesome camera store! Called about a camera because stock was fluctuating and they had one left. They put it aside for me while I completed an order and shipped it the same day! Excellent packaging and love the camera! Will be buying from here again!

There are so many tripod options at Kenmore camera. I've even seen some used options too (which obviously varies from time to time).

No. They print onto pro quality ink jet for large prints and dye sub printers for small prints. Both are archival quality and will last as long as a traditional photograph.
