SERV PRO of Alexandria did an excellent job, and walk me through the phases of what I could expect throughout. I had some water damage that impacted (3) floors in my home, and 3 days before Christmas and 2 days before I was slated to leave for the holidays. They handled everything very professionally, briefed me throughout, and even made arrangements to come on Christmas day to check on the water mitigation and drying. I was so surprised, impressed and quite gracious. They didn't miss a beat, seeing this all the way through, even during the holiday season. When I arrived home, everything was handled as promised, and I was able to move quickly to the next phase of my project.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
