Terrible place, my car was not properly repaired after it was damaged by a drunk driver, I complained about noises on my car, so one of the very rude employees at the counter “offered” me $100 to go away as if that would fix my problem, I refused because i could tell that he was just assuming i was lying about the issue. They also said they took my car to a shop to be inspected, this was a total lie because i suspected they would pull a fast one on me so i just took a picture of the odometer before & after they “took it to the shop”, I was not surprised to see that the mileage was the same… I just let my attorney deal with them after that… stay away from this place, horrible customer service, terrible employees.

The company offers good rates but the customer service is beyond worse. It is impossible to get a call back from from the adjuster appointed to you. The person who goes to the body shop checks the car out and gives you a call back only once. Moreover, do not expect him to answer your phone calls after that. Nice customer service Progressive.
