This place is great for the kids and adults. They have a big play area with props on the first floor. Innovation lab with a 3-D printer and projects for kids to do. Lots of computers (for kids and adults), both windows and Mac systems. Printers and scanners for a fee (they take credit cards. They have large and small meeting rooms. Along with passport services. And tons of selection of all kinds of media (BOOKS, videos, games, and a whole lot more). Great staff and volunteers.

Friendly and helpful. The Bel Air branch is fairly big and decorated very nicely. There is a big fake tree with fake lanterns hanging from it in the children’s section— awesome. No one can complain about the size of the library either—plenty of media to choose from!

Much nicer than the Abingdon branch, but worse parking.

For the Harford County Public Library? Try your library card number and the last four digits of your phone number.
Once you have a library card, which you can apply for online at HCPLOnline.org, you can log into your account and search for eBooks. If you are interested in checking out physical books, the library is currently making appointments. Bel Air is particularly busy, so I would recommend reaching out to another branch (Abingdon or Fallston are the closest) if you want something immediately.

Yes, there are about 6 handicap accessible parking spots in the lot near the drive thru and a crosswalk to get into the building that avoids any stairs. The library doors are automatic sliding ones, and there is an elevator that stops at each floor.
Can be crowded but Good!
