The worst customer service experience I have had in ages. I was spoken rudely to buy a woman who refused to give me her name. She didn’t listen to anything I said and only kept repeating the same thing over and over. Then she hung up on me. I then tried the chat with a live agent option and even the online chat support people are sketchy they refuse to give you their information. I don’t know what has happened but this company seems to have employees who believe that we as customers work for them instead of vice versa. This is a sad state of affairs. An incredibly unprofessional operation. How can we trust them with our medical information?

DO NOT BOOK YOUR TEST HERE IF YOU ARE HEADING TO CANADA! Their 24-72 hour result ($149)!! Is a complete waste of 3 days of your time and money. I am now at 75 hours waiting and counting so obviously I already can’t go home. Called, emailed, showed up in person twice to a closed early without notice office. No call back as promised 3 times. No explanation. Only “sorry but there’s nothing we can do.”blame the clinic, blame the lab, no supervisor to talk to etc. I met another Canadian in the office experiencing exactly the same problem as me. Please note, they do NOT process at weekends or give out any results (email etc) other than between 12pm and 8pm…. Which is exactly the opposite from info I was given before I paid and after my test. I had my test at 11.15 am, so 12pm earliest results 3 whole days later, put me already at 73 hours, which is completely useless. So I had to start all over again. Please don’t waste your time and money. I had to pay another $239 elsewhere. Now I can finally go home. I’m exhausted!!

I got tested back in December rapid antigen test results came back almost right away and was accurate. I took my parents for PCR test few days ago and was nervous results might not come out in 48 hours-which they needed for traveling- it came out in time! Staffs are kind and helpful. I would recommend this place. Thanks!

This place really helped me out! Had an appointment set up and everything, took a little longer than expected but they were very short staffed. I honestly think that the pricing is very fair, considering that most places that don’t take insurance will often charge you close to $180 bucks for a rapid test. Thanks to them and their timely results (Came in 4 hrs, but understandable with everyone trying to get a test right now) I was able to make it on my international flight.
