Mobile store have the baskets don't work they got fired exit doors blocked with stairs in case of emergency wouldn't be able to get through although there is a 15 second delay on it already so if there was a fire or something disastrous to go down in that section most of them would be probably hurt or die you have to go take your chances instead of the blankets in sporting goods section

Don't shop at this Fred Meyer, my mom's purse got stolen, while she was shopping there, and her car got stolen because there were keys from the car in her purse. They took her money and car, and one man returned her purse to customer service, without her car keys or wallet and customer service lady was holding my mom and didn't let her go to see if the car is there so they don't steal the car, and she distracted her I think it seems like she is involved in this crime because she didn't help but only doing worse. She should have run outside with my mom to protect the car, so they don't steal the car, but she was distracting her and didn't let my mom go outside so she can't protect her car. I think they should question this customer service lady.

I had purchased an item of clothing, and it was relatively cheap so I didn't expect there to be a security tag on it. I go out the door, and the alarm doesn't go off, so I was surprised to find a security tag when I got home. The next day, I bring the item with all the tags on it, along with my receipt. The customer service worker looks at my receipt and the item, punches a few keys into her computer, and outright says that this was NOT the item from my receipt, that the code brought up a different color and style, and that she would remove the tag as soon as I "Brought back the actual item on the receipt" (Keep in mind this was a 5 dollar undergarment.) I asked her to check again, that it had to be some kind of mistake, and I was told to "bring back what I really paid for" Accusing customers of stealing is a great way to lose them. Why would I have come back to the store in the first place if I had stolen? Really just wanted what I paid for. Never got the tag removed, I simply left the garment on the counter. I keep my purchases here limited now. Bottom line, POOR customer service.

WORST service at ANY Fred Myer. Go somewhere else. My son called yesterday to confirm customer service hours for check cashing. It was before 4pm when he called. It was 445pm when he arrived and was in line. One other woman in line as well. They were BOTH in plenty time to be served. I happened to be on the phone with him when the incident occurred. And to be clear I am a long time manager with many years if actual customer service to the community. The " Manager" tells them they are closed and will not take care of them. My son explained he had called..driven out of his way to make certain he was there in time. The " Manager" was incredibly rude and aggressive telling them " to bad" they are closed. My son explained..he had called..she said .." that's to bad" we will not serve you. He asked to speak with her manager. The other manager comes out. And backs the RUDE manager..no service for the woman and my son. This is unacceptable. This is how you treat people? This is service? I frequently shop at another Fred Myer and they have had great service. However, due to this encounter I cannot support any business that treats people this way. You need to be accountable for the people you hire. In a time of such uncertainty and chaos it is unfortunate that this even happened. It may seem small but it is an indicator of how you serve or in this case do not! Go elsewhere.

Customer service hours are the same hours of regular store operation. They open 7 AM to 10 PM.

They start cleaning up their cutting machine around 8pm and stop frying around 8:30pm

Hours of operation since April of 2018, shortly after the girl scouts had an attempted robbery take place right outside the store. It changed to 10 PM for safety concerns.
If no one paid we wouldn't have a place to go shop at. And you should pay because you're a good person. Don't lower yourself to their standards
