Yes, lockers and bathrooms. (No showers - just toilet -sink). It's about 3 blocks from the Columbus Circle entrance to the park.

Past experience, you have to exchange at the Nyrruncenter before race day, they will not exchange at race-day site, they may suggest you write in and they'll mail one out.

At the NYRR run center near Columbus circle. You need your QR code from the email confirmation sent to you in order to pick up your bib and souvenir.
No, NYC marathon bib pick up will not be at the run center. Marathon bibs will be at the expo which will be at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.
Definitely see if they have one at the pre-party when you pick up your bib.
