Vision coverage is RIDICULOUSLY low. Contact lens coverage pays for 6 months' worth of contacts every 24 months; the patient has to pay for a $60 fitting fee and 18 months' worth of contacts out-of-pocket every 2 years (over $500 out-of-pocket). There is no way for individual employees to negotiate better coverage. NEWSFLASH: CONTACT LENSES ARE MEDICALLY NECESSARY AND ARE NOT OPTIONAL. Vision coverage is not optional. Get better coverage. All three vision plans offer HORRIBLE coverage.

I submitted a case against a butcher calling himself a plastic surgeon. I submitted records, photos, dates, and a detailed outline of what happened. Time ticked away and nothing. As I got close to the three year cut off for such a case I was asked to send photos. They LOST my surgery photos??? Then I was told I was only approved for the board to review my case and not to actively pursue damages. The time expired and I was left with NOTHING. Don't bother responding. It's crystal clear you have no clue what you're doing and don't truly support citizens properly. I hope you are sleeping well.

We pay more than $1400.00 for our insurance through WA Health Care Authority and PEBB. I have tried to communicate with the WA Health Care Authority Accounting Department regarding mIs information I was given over the phone last Friday, 6/26/20. I have called four different times again today, 6/30/20. While holding, I must listen to their message system, regarding how important my call is to them. I listen to music and this same message over and over until finally the call is dropped after the message telling me how busy they are and I should try to call again later. Clearly they need more people in their Customer Service Department and their Accounting Department. This same problem has gone on for MONTHS! I don’t believe that this agency respects the people they serve. They also have no respect for our time! YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES and you have a long way to go to do that!
