My mom seems to be pretty happy here, although I do believe it is partially just having her own place that is most of joy anyways, but the apartments are very nice & spacious & most the tenants seem to be farely decent & nice people. She has been here for almost a year now with no complaints so far anyhow.

I spoke with Challie yesterday, she was very kind, patient and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and to explain the application process in detail. Challie took the time to share with me the many shopping, health and other conveniences located close by. Near the end of our conversation, I expressed a desire to make the LARC community at Olympia my home. Challie kindly let me she would add my name to the call list. Looking forward to that call. :)

While looking for an apartment for my mom I ran across this complex. Challie was so welcoming. Ali was so friendly and had the answer to my questions. They both seemed to real care about my mother and her situation. We were added to the call list. Fingers crossed.

I have lived here since near the end of September 2019 and feel very blessed! The Office Staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. The maintenance person is helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. My apartment meets my needs with many amenities! The grounds around the buildings are well kept and very pretty with various flowers, bushes and trees, which makes for pleasant walks. Also, during 'normal' times there are many social activities happening in the Community Room. I'm very thankful to my daughter, who found this place in the summer of 2019 and recommended it to me.
