One star is way to much. The lady in the concierge desk was extremely rude and was neglecting to accurately and efficiently answer all my questions. Instead of trying to answer them she was aiming to get rid of me in an extremely derogative and racist manner. The only thing good about this place is that it can sometimes be a fast errand to run. This being my third time coming here and always getting treated in an extremely racist and derogative way makes this the absolute last! I’d rather go further away then being treated as if I was in a ghetto. Racists and people that can’t handle diversity and humans should not be working in a customer service role!!!
