My husband, 2 year-old daughter and I all had an amazing experience at the UTC BurgerFi location this evening! This has been our go-to location for years, but tonight stood out in the best ways possible. Everything from the fresh and delicious food, to the clean atmosphere and overall incredible service was seamless and well-received. Specifically, the outstanding service from Brendan and Gene was remarkable. Brendan is a polite young man who went well out of his way to make sure our order was perfect, our needs were met and that we were catered to the entire time. He was the best! Gene, who we believe to be the manager, is running a great team there. Gene was incredibly thoughtful, upbeat and genuine. He kindly offered our 2 year-old a complimentary custard. Talk about a lasting impression! We would give our dining experience well over 5 stars if we could. Thank you again, Brendan and Gene! We will see you soon.

This was our second trip to BurgerFi and we really like it. In terms of a quick service hamburger chain, it's right up there. We are big fans of Culver's and would put this on the same page as them. Hamburgers are tasty and juicy, buns are nicely toasted. French fries could be a little toastier unless soggy. Onion rings are massive and crunchy. The fancy Coke machine lets you pick something like 100 different beverage choices. I think drinks always taste funny coming out of those machines, but you can always hear excitement as people choose their beverage or mix a custom one. I did not get the chance to try a custard or shake, but the lady at the table next to us had one and it looked awfully good. Maybe next time. There are a lot of places to eat near UTC, but BurgerFi is easy and quick and reasonably priced. A good place to stop for a quick bite in the midst of shopping.

My husband and I stopped here after our beach day. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. Angela was excellent in helping us order our food. I would totally recommend and I can’t wait to eat here again. Thanks Angela!!

This place kept us waiting for a long time, it finally brought out the driest burger I've had in a long time. It was way over cooked. They added nothing to make it better like vegetables or sauces. The fries were under cooked and all stuck together and not edible. I won't be back!

6 feet apart, masks required unless sitting. The bare minimum basically.
I don't think they would mind, the people there are awesome. Doesn't hurt to call and ask them though.
The burger seems to be from Beyond Meat, according to a New York Times article published July 2017 about BurgerFi's veggie burger. If it is indeed from this source, the ingredients are: "Water, Pea Protein Isolate, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Refined Coconut Oil, Contains 2% or less of the following: Cellulose from Bamboo, Methylcellulose, Potato Starch, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Dried Yeast, Gum Arabic, Citrus Extract (to protect quality), Ascorbic Acid (to maintain color), Beet Juice Extract (for color), Acetic Acid, Succinic Acid, Modified Food Starch, Annatto (for color)." However, I would recommend calling BurgerFi, either at this location or their corporate office to verify the accuracy of this information, especially if you are concerned about allergens or food sensitivities. Like hifi (high fidelity audio), but Bugerfi. Fidelity means very precise or accurate in audio terms, as in accurate or true to life sounds. Most likely, Burgerfi is going for a play on words intending to show they have a high degree of burger making skill.
Gourmet burger establishment that serves fries burgers and milkshakes. I bet the employees are paid minimum wage, because I had to walk up to the counter and collect my burger and soft drink cup.
