First time trying Suburban Hyundai for my 36 Month Scheduled Maintenance. Easy to setup my appointment and they finished in 60 minutes while I waited. Currently sharing their Service with Infinity Dealership next door due to construction. Will return.

My experience at Suburban Hyundai was top notch. Ben was great and extremely helpful. Mario was great as well, both made you feel at home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Believe me I went to half a dozen dealers before making my decision.

As a senior citizen, I rely on my dealership to help me keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I always have a positive experience. Staff is professional and courteous, and I leave feeling satisfied. Kudos to Chris May and all the technicians for a job well done My tech was Sean and as always, he was courteous and professional. My feelings about Lyft remain the same as I had to wait almost 40 minutes for return trip to dealership. Hope that they return to their own in- house shuttle service.

I would recommend calling the dealership directly and make sure you're speaking to a service person. When I scheduled service through Hyundai's blue link, they guaranteed that I would have a loaner car. That wasn't the case when I brought my car in. Apparently, the two dont talk to each other.
