I have been involved in +7 purchases in the last 6 years from various dealerships. The recent purchase for my friend from this dealership was not great. The sales keep repeating the same thing, answering questions rudely and half-heartedly. They do speak nicely and commit many perks when you visit for the first time, but when you come with the check and final purchase, they start speaking south. When I was giving feedback he was not willing to record as I didn't purchase Mazda from the same dealership. Driving a Mazda is a great experience but the same is not getting from dealers.
