This place is very lousy with customer service I drop the package off there it’s been almost a month I have the tracking number and they are pretty much telling me oh well I don’t know to tell you it’s not here I said are you sure that it’s not accidentally can you check and make sure that there’s not like a small box I can explain what it looks like I can even show you what it looks like he said oh no it’s not here I can assure you it’s not here so basically now we’re out

Just left this place and all I can say is WOW. Tried to send a few mothers day gifts out that I bought at Bath and Body Works. When I first got to the counter the lady rolled her eyes at me for trying to send 3 packages and then when I asked if that was a big deal, it got really interesting from there. Her and her teammate then told me that I can not send the packages as they are alcohol even though they were just body creams and other bathroom items. AND nowhere on the package or boxes did it say alcohol. I just left and went to FedEx. They shipped it right out. I only stopped at this location as it is on my way to and from work but I have learned my lesson and will just use a different location. If I could give Zero stars I would

I would give zero if I could. The drivers are horrible. They have broken 2 different packages I sent to ebay recipients, the last one being a Xmas gift and such bad damage it can't be repaired. This package was going a short distance, on the road literally 1 DAY....and they still managed to destroy it. The website was impossible to try and file a claim, the IM agents were no help either. And before you say "oh maybe you didn't pack the items carefully" that is rubbish. I packaged everything extremely well. I will NEVER use ups for any of my items again.

Went to pick up a printed order. I didn't have my order number but the order was under my name. The manager told me that I would need to sign on his computer (and be charged for signing on) to retract my order number. He refused to look it up on his end. RUDE and not customer service oriented. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
