Their partnership with Simon & Schuster makes them stand above the rest. Their traditional publishing deal was fair and reasonable. I appreciated the support from pre-to-post book launch. Indigo Team was led by a great production manager Bobby D. who guided me through the process and immediately helped to rectify any problems, including identifying the right folks within the team to assist me. When I wanted to switch editors, they took care of it. When I wanted a different person for marketing, they obliged. No publication company is perfect and you will still need to do lots of marketing on your own, but I have found the team at Indigo willing to go the extra mile to make their authors happy.
