I wish I had taken a picture on 5/22/22 when there to place a memorial on a grave site. It was disgraceful to see the grass a foot tall or higher. It was like walking through a field instead of a cemetery and with Memorial Day upon us.

Patty K & the staff are phenomenal. Burying a loved one is not fun and extremely stressful but Patty made the burial/plot part of this process as easy as possible. She emailed specific directions and photos Of the exact location we discussed. Patty K. was very very polite. Our family is so thankful for St Mary’s and the wonderful staff they have.

As a descendant of someone buried at St.Mary’s, I was dismayed to see many headstones in section 4 that have a lot of moss covering them. Since this is an older part of the cemetery and perhaps where may be no living relatives, why is this allowed to happen? I see no mold in other sections, however. Who is responsible for maintenance of the headstones? I will reconsider St. Mary’s as we prepare for our funeral preparations!

We have graves that allow an upright memorial, and they are $1,100.00 each. We also have graves that only allow an in-ground flat marker, and they are $750.00 each. Call us at (315) 446-2649 for more information or if you have any questions.
If you call the cemetery they can help you find the location.
If you check in with the office they may be able to give you the lot location, would have to be during business hours though.
I work there and its open 24/7 to loved ones all you need is the door code
There is a small parking area near the office. The Cemetery is large. One can also enter it from Randall Road. That entrance is located almost exactly across from Cooper Lane. I have seen people walking and running there. Dogs though, are not allowed. It is very picturesque with a creek running through it. I have been there many times and have seen various wildlife: squirrels of course, deer, rabbit, fox, skunk, ducks in the creek, Canadian geese...
Check with there grounds keeper / maintenance office they should be able to help you.
