This site is useless in getting actual advice from an Extension agent. I’ve texted through the site provided and the answer is a preprinted list of their departments. Nothing connects with an agent, not voicemail, not an actual department , not text. In my experience with Extension Offices in other States they provide actual advise and help.

All of Santa Rosa County is handled through the Santa Rosa Extension Office, 6263 Dogwood Dr, Milton, FL 32570. Basic soil test is usually free & done on site by volunteer Master Gardeners. Detail tests are done by sending it to the University of Florida labs. The envelopes for soil samples are available at the extension office for free. Just pick it up, fill with samples from at least 6" below ground & return to ext office.

I found some fibrous material that burned up my well pump can I get it tested here?

You can ask them if their opinion on what it is and if it caused the pump to burn out. Hope this helps.

I had my soul tested and it's missing many nutrients. How can I correct this without buying a bunch of different bags of nutrients?

Debra Verner, I think you meant soil tested. If so, it depends on the level of testing that you had done & what you want to plant in that soil that determines how you amend the soil. Different plants have different needs. In general most of our native plants like azaleas & camellias thrive in acidic soils, while flowers & vegetables prefer more alkaline soil. You don't have to spend a fortune in amendments. Ash is a good source of making things alkaline & things like coffee grounds, tea leaves, etc tend to make the soil more acidic. That is a very general answer to your question. However, for more in depth answers, call your county extension office. Every county in the USA has an extension office with an agent or many times a group of volunteer Master Gardeners who can address your particular needs. If you have questions for me, you can contact me via Facebook directly or via my page Azalea Garden Club of Pace. Best wishes on your gardening efforts.
