Terrible customer service. Starting from the new manager - Grace- trickling down to all the employees. They don’t even know what products the store Carrie’s and don’t care to make an effort to help the customer. They rather you go on a scavenger hunt yourself while they stand there and look pretty and test out perfumes and makeup on themselves. No wonder this company’s stocks are going down quickly as they are being bought up by Target and other stores. Too bad, I really liked Ulta.

I go here on my break regularly and am a platinum member but that still doesn’t deter the white women who work here from following me around the store or making me feel uneasy. You’re doing great things here deterring people from your business.
