I know someone in this facility and they’re being completely neglected! Such a shame and he’s a veteran! This place needs to be shut down.

It was one of the most humiliating times in my life. I was left on the camode unattended for 45 min. The call button to my room did not work for 3 days. Was left in a soiled bed for hours. I will never recommend this place to any one. A few of the employees were great but generally they acted like I was to much bother.

Former CNA With 7 years experience as a cna this facility was my favorite in many ways by a long shot. The most caring compassionate team I have ever worked with. The level of care was better than I have ever seen. Thank you all!!

Warm, Friendly Staff! This is my second visit to this community and the staff always greet me with a smile. They are helpful and show great patience with both the guests and residents in their community. I have been to many LTC communities and Mountain View goes above and beyond in both presentation and follow through.

Yes, two beds to a room. Toilet facility shared by adjoining room.
Sometimes they are placed with long term care patients that don't have really serious issues. Most long term people with serious issues have permanent riommates.
