Safran has a high turnover so they will lay you off in a heartbeat. During COVID 19 there were mass layoffs with no separation pay and no aid to find new work. Safran only cares about their pockets and not to people who gave so much for them.

They were an incredible company to work for, but with things as they are I understand. Hope you make it through the coming months and maybe we shall cross paths again. Solid company, showed they valued us as employees and kept us working as long as they could manage.

Well. It's an OKAY place to work. It's not the best but like every other place, there's going to be issues. I've worked here for about a decade and started off at $12hr. Before the starting wages were at $15-$16hr... If you like overtime and working 100+ hours, this place is for you... Quite honestly, there are other places to gain aerospace experience. You only learn a limited amount of tasks and if your job is just a single mounted task, there's not much to put on a resume. Day shift is probably the least laidback shifts in any of the buildings. Not saying it's okay to screw around but you can basically get way more work done on any other shift that isn't 1st shift. I would watch out if you like to cause trouble and drama is NOT tolerated here which is GOOD but does still happen. But there is a problem if you are to create issues with someone who's established into this company and long time family in this place. There are ethical issues within the upper management staff (HR) and some favoritism does occur. This is just something i have observed throughout the years of my service in this company. I liked working here and got me by financially but is left you wanting more in the raises. I'm writing this review as non biased as possible by the way. If you show up on time everyday and work hard they will recognize it but won't praise you for it. Communication is sub par to poor. Things break and takes a week ro a month to replace. The turnover rate is quite high. Not many people last longer than 2 years on average and honestly I've seen some work MAYBE three days then not come back. It is a VERY messy and somewhat dirty job unless you're inside a clean room. I suggest other aerospace companies if you are interested in getting into this feild.

The supervisor I worked under was the rudest person I've ever met. A coworker decided it'd be fun to consistently threaten me. I told mt staffer and supervisor, both did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Crappy pay for 12 hr shifts. Says you'll get hired after 3 months. They work you to the bone, don't get a life, only to tell you no.

Only for new hires and if you are hurt at work. I have been there 6 years and only been tested twice. If you are looking for a job, we are hiring now. Come in and fill out an app and you would likely get a position full time. Should you do it on line then it will be turned over to one of the many temp agencies we use SO COME IN ONLY !!! Mention my name 🙄 Starting pay is no less than $13.50 with MANY positions for more.

Do you have any assembly positions open? Entry level?
