Too many things have happened to me physically even on the surveillance camera in the Am Pm on 4 th aI feel violated and yesterday incident with a gentleman employed at Bank of America on State Street. I'm sad about it all.

I called the police after having to discharge a firearm as a last resort to defend myself from a charging Pit Bull, and I admit I was nervous, not knowing exactly how the conversation with the cop was going to go. The officer that came on scene was impressively courteous, personable, he was calm and focused, and perfectly professional. The whole ordeal left me with a positive impression of the Marysville PD. Since then, I've also been pleased to see a fairly high police presence as I'm out and about in town. Seems like we're in good hands here. Thanks for all you do officers. I appreciate your service.

Always professional and compassionate even in the face of rapidly changing circumstances, under-staffing and sometimes intense, un-called for hostility. From the command staff to line officers, there is a willingness to learn and adapt to a population that just 10 years ago was less than 1/2 the size and mostly had problems with barking dogs and graffiti, but now consists of high numbers of mentally ill, deeply drug addicted and impoverished. An exceedingly difficult and dangerous job performed by excellent men and women.

Marysville Police are well known to be very aggressive and if you go 3 mph over the speed limit, you may be targeted for a speeding ticket, including bicyclists. Speed limit signs may be very close to each other from 88th street South on State Street by the Co-Op, the speed does change from one limit to another, so watch the signs. If you are stopped and have an attitude, expect a big response fast. Marysville PD does not take any BS from anyone and as I mentioned, if you have attitude issues you may meet the entire force during a car stop. To their credit, they deal with tons of issues from the tribal area nearby as well as tons of drunk and drugged drivers, and people just being stupid. Like any town, Marysville has issues with non residents and residents also. Overall, I give them a 3 star rating. If they were more rational and polite I would say 5 stars.

It's probably best to talk to an officer about this and see if it warrants a missing persons report. It is not illegal for an adult to go missing of their own free will, but an officer could quickly determine if there's cause to suspect that that's not the case. An officer could also easily determine if your friend has gotten into trouble with the law.
As a former prosecutor, you can't. But you can organize against them. Join a Union, donate to Anti-Police groups and give them the finger everytime you see one. They're already quitting in droves. Keep up the negative pressure. Film them everytime you see them, make them as uncomfortable as you can. All private property is theft and these are nothing but the enforcers of an outdated capitalist backed Christian economic machine. It's disgusting.
Depends on the charge. A minor assault or vandalism of property can be a misdemeanor or if the assault is severe enough, it can be charged as a felony
Go to DOL and file for a lost title with a bill of sale from the seller
File police reports when he is abusive, then get a restraining order
They arrest barn animals in this municipality. They arrest disabled people daily for walking around. These people are not your friends. But first, learn to spell.
