Completely unhelpful and the staff person I spoke to seems to dislike potential patients AND her job. If you can’t deliver good phone service, I’m gonna assume that translates to your bedside manner. With a meager 3.1 star rating across the board, I’d say it’s time for a revamp in staffing. Apparently my husband called twice, spoke to the same MA the first time, she had a bad attitude with him, but when he called later, a different MA answered and had a more positive reaction. Then I get her. I called about doing a PCR test or antigen test not but a few minutes ago, and an MA, named Mickey, answered the phone with a monotone voice, asking about patient date of birth. I didn’t have a file, so I mentioned that, and she said, “so you’re a new patient then?” with an inconvenienced tone. Then I asked my question, and she sighed and said, “We don’t do antigen tests here.” My husband had called not but 10 minutes prior, spoke to a different woman who had a better demeanor, and she said there were many COVID tests and appointment slots available for the day we needed. Their hold messages stated they do testing for travel, well, that’s what we need, so when someone with an attitude tells me they don’t do that there, I get frustrated, but I kept it together and asked if she’d mind talking to my husband, who is a very even keel man and I figured he could relay what the previous MA had told him. She says to me, “Sure, I can tell him what I just told you.” What in the f*ck kind of attitude is that? I was obviously confused, and showed some mild frustration in a groan, but I hadn’t given her any trouble. She just didn’t want to answer my questions, and she didn’t want to answer my husbands questions. No doubt she didn’t want to be at work. This woman does not like her job and should find a new career avenue, because it’s obvious she takes out her frustration at her work on people who just want some answers. I’m positive it would be better for her mental health if she just got a new job. I do hope that my call was recorded to be “monitored for quality assurance.” If you’re answering phones, the best way to have a good day and keep people from getting frustrated with you is to give calm and concise advice without matching the caller’s initial frustration, and for the love of God, DON’T BE SNOTTY WITH PATIENTS.

The receptionist in the walk in is extremely uncaring and rude. Went back for my sons appointment and same thing, the woman that gave him his Covid test seemed like we were just annoying her by being there. I will be going somewhere else next time. Not sure why they have rude grumpy people working there.

Literally too 15 minutes to check in 1 person. Consistent stopping before going to the next person. If you need a covid test and have your own children to worry about, then DO NOT go here. Eapecially when they are allowing couples in the check in when only 1 of them coming for the test. That makes no sense. If it were really that big of a deal they would either both have to be tested or the one not gettingg tested not be in the waiting room taking up space for the people actually getting tested

Have genetic disorder pain comes w it. Also have other pain issues. Pushed BH (I'm not depressed etc and i don't have psych diagnosis), labs, no pain med (on very mild med for yrs). Dr was clearly watching the clock and told me she only had a certain amount of time so made me come back in 2 wkS to finish and review labs. You don't need a visit /copay to see your labs BTW. ($$$). Gave geneticist report to "prove" myself but still felt judged. Agreed to labs though had full physical w labs 8 Mos ago but I needed meds. She called in all but my pain med. I still don't know how much this visit cost me as I'm told I'll be billed. What? What about copay? So I won't know how much labs and my next visit will cost either? I'm in Healthcare; this us totally unacceptable. Based on other reviews I'm leaving bc who knows what kind of surprise bill I'll get. The Dr is cold and I will not see her again. Horrible experience.
