Nearly every time I go to this store someone is texting, eating or just providing poor customer service. I just went there and one of the cashiers was stuffing her face with ice cream and made me wait for the next cashier letting me know she is not clocked in after helping a customer right before me and then a huge line formed and she just sat there eating watching the line form. Then a few other staff members came up as well and didn’t interact with any of the customers or step in as cashier they just interacted with each other then walked away. I am not sure what is wrong with a majority of the staff as they do not know how to interact with customers. They don’t greet, ask if you need assistance or even interact with you while you are the register. I am not sure how the manager even allows any of it.

The cashier 'Zach' picked his nose infront of me on the way up. Gross! During a pandemic?! Then proceeded to not honor the sales price. I explained to him there was a sales sign and he stared back blankly. He reread the wrong total and would not honor the sales price. I took it upon myself to walk back to the back of the store to take a picture of the sales tag. For proof that I didn't need! Zach, that has to be some of the worst customer service I've received at Petco.

No, not anymore. Every Petco is different with their small animal and bird selection.

I dont recommend getting fish from this location.
Reptiles aren't my thing, I don't know a lot about them. But i know that Petco has very knowledgeable employees, and usually at least 1person that is a department specialist. I would call to see when that person works, and go talk to them. They're always very helpful.
Sorry, I only purchase dog supplies at Petco so have no idea about saltwater reservoirs. Have you called the store?
This location currently has 3 sunfire conures for $399ea. But in my 2 years of visiting this location I have never seen anything bigger than an Indian ringneck. Petco is more of an adopt a bird when the other owner doesnt want it anymore.
