Went there on Saturday July 2nd during 4th of July weekend. It was utter chaos took over 40 minutes to get my friend their fishing license....and learned that I'm never eating at a Fred Meyers

Where do I start? First I am a long time Fred Meyer customer of over 35 years. (Pre Kroger) This Fred Meyer has to be one of the worst I have been to in the region. Cleanliness, especially the restrooms, is consistently lacking. Every visit is spent dodging "personal shoppers" with carts always blocking aisles. They are slow to move and seem offended to do so. Stockers on Sunday mornings are coincidentally also blocking customers access from entire aisles and offended that a customer might want a product that they have a boxes in front of. Checkers are often late forcing people to self checkout where other Fred Meyer employees are offended when asked for help when scanning machines fail or have glitches. The scanner "Helpers" also expect you to know the intricacies of the scanners and their operation. When asked why no checkers at the registers they complain about management and union rules and direct complaint to managers which are never available. The Marysville store has always been one of the worst maintained and least updated stores ever visited. At least they finally changed the disgusting walk off carpet at the entrance that was the filthiest of any I've ever seen in any store. Try to reach a manager? Next to impossible. I have to wonder if there is ever a true manager there. It is very clear that management either never reads reviews or doesn't care enough to respond to customer concerns. At the end of day they further insult customers with all the "LOW PRICE" signs on all sorts on items that have recently had price hikes such as a gallon of milk that vent from $1.79 to $3.29. Do they really think the consumer doesn't see this? To conclude Fred Meyer is no longer the locally founded and ran Fred Meyer of old. They are part of the Kroger corporate machine. This is not a local company and one of the largest grocers in the nation. Fred G Meyer is turning in his grave.

Went with my family today to pick up a few groceries and shout out to Amy, one of their cashiers. She was speedy and also friendly. I have no complaints about her service whatsoever. My only complaint is that the bread aisle smells like mold, especially near the refrigerated section. Other than that, workers were helpful and the store was clean.

I called to see if they had any PS4 controllers in stock, JJ from electronics put me (on hold) which was him just setting the phone down and helping a customer check out. Then after he helps the customer he picks the phone back up and said there are controllers in stock. So I went to the store to pick it up, walked straight back to the store and all controllers were sold out. While I was looking for the controller I heard JJ and some girl talking about "nutting all over her" which isn't this a place you can bring your family??? So the PS4 controllers had a sticker that said they were all sold out. So I go over to JJ and ask about the controller and he told me " someone checked the stock room and there is none, sorry" what's going on. Why is the customer service being neglected over the employees none appropriate personal life?

I dont personally but they might... Im kidding, I dont think po-dunk Marysville WA. Has evolved to that yet. Keep in mind we are only 21 feet above sea level, that being said, You must first dig thru what we all know runs down hill to even catch a breath. So I doubt they take phone orders. I do know for a fact our area walmart accept phone orders. Lol i actually just called and i was told, "No Sir, this store does not do that. Sorry it took me a while to answer you. God Bless
