I'm not sure if there are any programs in February, try looking on their website or contacting their seatlle office to see. As for the prerequisites, yes there are some. You need to be familiar with atleast the basics of the languages they'll be teaching. They do however have like a course that allows you to preview what they'll be teaching, and a practice test for the technical part og their application process should you get that far. They have a youtube channel and also on their website they kind of give an idea of what it is they expect. I'm looking to enroll myself, so that's where I started. Hope this helps.
