Went to get some insulation due to an issue at my mom's house, finally found where it was. Two Rolls.. I asked the gentleman how much the smaller one was and he told me "I don't know, the prices keep changing" . That's all I needed to hear and promptly paid for the items I already picked up and left. Update:02-1 Once again I visited my local hardware store for a need now item. Surprisingly I had no one following me around the store and was able to acquire my items in peace. Then going up to the register I was very politely greeted by two younger Employees. The female clerk wasted no time to invite me to her register to check out while another customer was being helped by the other young gentleman. Both of them were extremely nice as we conversed about my items. They Even helped me get my 5$ coupon working. Then as we were leaving they said goodbye. (Funny how small things like this can improve your day) I really hope they can get more employees who actually have customer service as a priority. Thanks to these two young people I fixed my rating accordingly. Thanks again. Because of them I will be returning. Another update, went by again today 9-30-22 and the lady at the register was super polite and helpful..
