Patti of your leasing team responded promptly to my initial inquiry about apt availability. She followed up as I had asked, knowing that my move-in date was two or three months down the road . She could not have been nicer-or more open and honest. When a 1BR became open she suggested I start the application process even tho it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. That apartment was leased before I could even get my application in! Not to worry. Within 24 hours Patti had found exactly what I was looking for and made sure it was at a price I could handle. When I dropped by to sign documents, Patti found time to personally show me the apt, answering every question with her warm smile. She welcomed me as if I were the most important person she had ever met . Wherever did you find that little gem named Patti? Thank you. Jerry B.

My grandmother lives in this community. I have to start by saying the community itself is in a great location, very convenient to shops, grocery, and dining. Her apartment is good. Clean when we moved her in, fresh coat of paint, and with no major issues. Maintenance has been pretty responsive. The residents are also very friendly and made it easy for her to make friends there. However, since the beginning of this year the amenities have gone down hill…tremendously. Almost every other week there is some issue with the pool (they say it’s from trespassers), which forces a closure. When the pool is closed (last time for the whole week), access to the 24/7 gym is only allowed when the office is open. To no fault of the office, the mail room had been broken into resulting in residents having to drive to the post office to collect mail. There still is no clear timeline to having the mail room back up and running. The dumpsters are also always overflowing and filthy. The internet was super slow, but luckily Centurylink recently added a new 50mbps speed, however I had to pay for the new wiring…lucky for the next resident :). Hopefully they can turn things around! Maybe hire more staff to help out or maybe some security.
