I have lived here since June 2021, and am having to break my lease early due to health issues. I can't breathe in my apartment, and I am constantly getting migranes due to the leaks and mold I have been reporting since september. There has been no attempt to help me, and I am done. The complaint was a leak in the ceiling above my shower in the bathroom. It was small back then. Progressivly the leak got worse the ceiling started to sag. Mold started to grow. I went over the road for a week and a half and last thusday I came home to a disaster. My apartment had flooded while I was gone, there was water damage everywhere and mold was seeping in through the walls all over, including baseboards not in the bathroom. This only happens if they paint over the mold in their so called "rennovations" This is sickening they do that to people living here. Please please don't live here. It is not worth it. Once you sign the lease you are just a paycheck to them. They ignore you, don't do any maintenance, and you are left to your own devices. Edit to respond to the reply that came 3 months after everything: I emailed everyone, department of health, the apartment management company, BBB and nothing was done. Was still charged 1380 to move out despite the fact that the leak and mold was their fault. The reply here is purely PR. I documented everything. They only care about making a buck off of you, not about your health.

I went here yesterday and checked out these Apt, I can say I was impressed. The lady that showed us the Apt was nice and kind. I'm a Combat Disabled Veteran and they are Veteran friendly, if there are any Veterans looking for a place to live check them out.
