Dont bother trying to call, they never answer. Prescriptions are never ready and there's only one pharmacist worth a hoot. It needs better management, better workers and a more caring environment. How do you work in medical and not want to help people, Rite Aid should be ashamed!

I walked in to get my covid vaccine and there was a man standing at the pharmacy window without a mask who was then seated in the area for people there for vaccinations. There is a sign on the door stating masks required but they are not. Do not come here if you have any risk factors. You will not be safe. Get your medications somewhere else. The staff was friendly and efficient with me. They need a system to enforce masks to make it safe for people to get their meds here.

Prescriptions where supposed to be auto refilled two days ago. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. They're going to make me go four days without my meds while I work on getting my pharmacy switched since it's a weekend. This isn't the first time either, every single month I've had problems getting my meds on time. I thought putting them on auto renew would fix the problem. Instead it caused them to forget and ignore me. Thanks a lot for the massive headache and withdrawals!

Customer Service is kind of an important thing. It doesn't end with simply being greeted at the customer entrance. The pharmacy staff will ignore you while you are standing at the window, and once you finally get their attention they will play time wasting head games with you when all you have is simple inquiry. I give them one star for their customer service...and that's a generous score! Don't let them waste you time like I do, get your meds at BiMart, Walmart, Safeway, or anywhere that will treat you like a human being. This store is a joke.
