Rachelle Smith was a life saver…while starting out our vacation I discovered I was missing the connecting piece from the mask to the hose.,.On our way through Oregon I looked at the map for c-pap suppliers and called Norco Rachelle answered the phone and when I asked if they had the elbow she took time to check and said would hold it for me. When I arrived in LaGrande I went to the office and she had the needed item in a zip lock back and with a smile gave me the elbow and would not take any money she said just be sale.
