I have made 2 major parts purchases from western states Pendleton store one was parts to overhaul amotor on my D5B. I told the parts guy that i wanted all the parts in my shop before .y machanic started the overhaul. They sent a updated head with out the new parts so that cost me 2 more trips to pay my machanic to drive out to my shop as well as other problem that should not have had to deal with. Next we have been trying to get a hyd cooler for my D6H from Western States for over a year they have dropped the ball on this one numerous times finally the Pendleton stores manager sent s parts list over and said this is all you need my machanic asked him if we needed a by pass valve he said no i don't see one so you dont need it after putting on 3 thousand dollars worth of parts yes yuh ou need a bypass valve that Cat dont make anymore. I now believe that I will never buy another piece of cat equipment because i cant get customer service from Western States Cat so sad that it has come to this Cody Hindman

Our Parts store does not program ECMs, but our Field Techs can get it done for you. Nearest service locations where they could do it at the store is Pendleton. Do you have a Western States rep?
