You can come into the office and pick up an application or fill out an online application at www.neoha.org
You can go to the housing authority office and pick up an application or you can have them mail it to you
You can call the office and request one. Please leave your name and mailing address or email, depending on how you would like to receive the application.
It is unadvised to do so. In the event the unit does not pass inspection you may be obligated to the lease and the Housing Authority would not be able to provide rental subsidy.
Does Hud count child support with earned income or is that excluded like in California
