Greyhound: Bus Station

Station is only open for a few hours a day on weekdays. I was scheduled for a ride on a Saturday and the bus chose not to stop in La Grande. I was stuck in the snow for over 4 hours with no one to help. I finally got my ride 24 hours later.

There's no depot anymore just a bus stop you have to sir outside in the cold snow rain and freeze to shelter what so ever they don't even have people there really it sucked

On Wednesday, September 25th, we had a ticket for tbe 10:40 pm bus. Because the terminal wasn't open we were sitting in our car. When we saw the bus coming we got out of the car and looked over at and the bus just went on through. Never stopped, didn't even slow down. I called customer service right away thinking they could radio him or something to get him back. All they wanted to do was give me a refund. How was that going to get me to my destination?! We we're lucky we weren't totally stranded. The next day we went to the terminal. Even though the gsls there were really nice, they didn't seem at all concerned that the bus driver left us stranded. They finally put us on that morning bus with no apology or anything with what we went through the night before.

Purchased tickets over the phone to pick up on will call at the station. The station ticket booth had no record of my purchase so I had to buy the tickets again at almost twice the price as what was purchased on the phonestill fighting greyhound for a refund of second purchase. We waited two hours past the the scheduled time before the bus arrived. My Son arrived 6 hours late past the scheduled arrival time to his destination at 3am. The on line bus tracker showed the bus in the neighboring town with all other stops canceled only way I know the bus had left the neighboring town was the fact that the bus stop was the locale 24 hour truck stop as well so I called and asked if the grayhound bus was still there or had left. Fortunately they where paying attention and knew when the bus left. I would recommend walking before using grayhound ever.
