3rd time the facility has attempted to use my family for insurance fraud. They submit the claim through Chandler Regional Medical Center, in another County, and bill it as an ER visit. Then when they get the negative review on google, they want to you to call their number, and then they say this never happens, and they are so sorry. They bill it as an ER visit to increase the charges, as well as collect a bigger copay from their victims. Make sure you contact your insurance and file an appeal to the claim that will show up and use the phrase, "insurance fraud."

Took my child here at 7.45m (right before they closed) for an ear infection. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again! Thanks 👍🏼

Would have given a 1 star but the staff here has always been great, but as far as billing it should be illegal to have the words urgent care on your building when you know your gonna charge everyone like it's an emergency room visit. Dignity health has been doing this for years and should be ashamed. There is no dignity in Dignity Health. If I am going to charge for an ER visit I'll go to an ER and Dignity you need to change the signs on the roof of your building. I will contact our state office in charge of this.

Boy I wish I would've read the reviews for this place before I went here but unfortunately I was really worried about my son and just took him to closest place I knew of in town. The visit itself was fine but the shady billing needs to be sorted out because it's ridiculous. I have no insurance by choice so when I went in they were informed as much. The receptionist said it would be either $150 or $250 for the visit depending on what they did, I agreed and my son was seen. They did vitals, he was seen by a doctor, and then given a dose of oral steroids. When checking out the receptionist told me the total cost would be $150 so I paid in full and left with a script. Now a month later I've got a bill for $242 for "Emergency Services" from Chandler Regional which I obviously did not go to. When I called them to sort it out the person on the phone couldn't even tell me exactly what the charge was for and said there's nothing he can do I just have to pay it. Are you kidding me? So I "just have to pay" a charge for a place I was never at for a reason you can't even specify?!? If they'd like to send me to collections for $242 I don't owe they can have fun but I'm not paying this erroneous charge and I will never go back here or to any Dignity facility again. 0 stars!

No you do not. They do accept walk-ins, but you can make an online appointment if the patient is 3 y.o.a. and older.
