You don't have to pay anything - they don't even ask for insurance info. You can schedule online - they only seem to release appointments a week at a time

Who runs the testing site? Who is the laboratory? How many days back for results?

Can a person be tested if they are referred by their job? I have a care provider that must be tested before continuing care for a private patient. Can the employer request and provide a referral for same day testing?
