Ordered a custom ring that took over 4 months to get. At every stage of the process they would tell us it would take "2 weeks" and it was always at least double that. We finally get it and the stone is loose. So we give it back to have it fixed. Get it back and the stone is STILL loose! So we send it out again. This time we're told it will be sent somewhere else to be sure it's done right and it will be rushed so we could have it back in a week. Well, it was a week 2 days ago. No call. I've been trying to call them all day today and it's just a constant busy signal. I wouldn't be surprised to find they left the phone off the hook so they didn't have to answer calls (though I obviously have no evidence of that, I'm just frustrated). Love the look and style of the ring but the delays are just nonstop. I don't necessarily think this is this store's fault, more Kay's in general and wherever they get the jewelry made/serviced.

Poor service.. I waited a while for help looking for 14k tennis diamond bracelets. Only to find they only had silver overlay with diamonds!! Will not visit again!

Only very big problem is the phone. They have a bot that told me my Order was in. Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone to cancel my order. They never pick up the phone. Finally chatted with a HUMAN on line. Must go in store to cancel.Figures cant do anything on the phone. Smh

Good store. It was super busy but they were all still able to help me out. I don’t remember the manager’s name (I think she was the manager-she and I apparently had a city in common, ha!): she was super quick in finding A LOT of jewelry for me. Kudos to you.
