Did not find the doctor accountable who harmed a child.... a baby. Anyone else would be prosecuted... yet for doctors nothing which is why the doctor told me it happened to another child and not to worry that the child turned out fine.... seriously disgusting. No accountability. No change of ways, no process improvements because he keeps getting away with it.

No one answers the phone or calls back. No one cares. Dr. AHLUWALIA Prescribed me metformin about 3 years ago for being pre diabetic. She comes in to the office to see me and always asks me if she has met me before. I told her the metformin is causing painful bloating and gut issues. I told her I stopped it several times and noticed the bloating going away each time i did. She said she would prescribe something else but Walgreens said she called in even a stronger dose of metformin. There are other medication issues and she has failed with those. The big issue is I live an hour away from her office. I wait 2 months to get in with her. She rushes me in and out of her office with no chance to ask questions. Insurance denies the medications and she never responds to my pharmacy or answers/returns my phone calls. Patient quality care is non existent in her practice. Stare board will not care about patient quality of life/care though. Don’t ever go to AZ Endocrine Institute off Elliot road in Chandler.

*MY ADVICE GO TO MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAWYERS IF YOUR SITUATION HAPPENED WITHIN 4 years. The boards staff are horrible. I filed a complaint about major harm being caused by a provider in the valley and due to it being past the statue of limitations the said they would not investigate even when I said there are many other patients out there as well who are being misdiagnosed and mistreated. They had nothing to say. Bunch of lazy doctors who are corrupt like most who just want that pay. Such a horrible corrupt medical system we have in America. Protecting the corrupt one provider at a time. THE PROVIDERS NAME IS RAJAN KHOSLA.

I have a major issue. A person and others killed my mother at CAMELBACK AND ST. JOE did play along with Fake untrue medical lies. And it is a CRIMINAL AND MORE CRIME IN MEDICAL Facilities. EV Why arent they being investigated and arrest Linda, the murderer at a CAMELBACK?
I would start by contacting the medical board of your state but, since that is not an option in any of our cases I would go ahead and say contacting the FBI is your best bet, but make sure you call the headquarters in Washington or you will be ignored by the Phoenix field office.
Unfortunately since none of us are able to receive assistance from the AZMB, I would direct you to make a phone call to the FBI HQ in Washington. Do not I repeat DO NOT attempt to call it into the Phoenix field office as they will just ignore you and probably give them a heads-up to cover their a**.
Unfortunately you will not receive any kind of help from the AZMB, please feel free to report their negligence to the FBI HQ in Washington and not the Phoenix field office.
Well seeing as the AZMB, will only continue to be negligent and refuse to help out the patients of AZ, I recommend you calling a medical malpractice attorney outside the area and go ahead and report the AZMB's gross negligence to the FBI HQ in Washington. I need answers as to why Gerald B Harris II is not willing to fill my prescriptions.. He discharged me from his practice... We've had a 4 year Doctor/Patient relationship and he doesn't think I'll do anything... This man needs to be punished... He thinks he's a untouchable... No a medical card is not required for CBD oil. I have heard cbd oil helps patients a lot and it has no side effects or thc to fog your thinking.
Simon Med is a great facility! They worked with me through financial issues and was able to see my husband the next day! Wonderful staff through the entire experience! I will go here for all my imaging needs!
