I went to the Casa Grande office for my appointment. They told me I was accidentally scheduled for Gilbert. They fixed it and saw me without any delay in my original appointment time. The techs were professional and friendly. Also very efficient. I was in and out rather quickly. Office is very clean. Peaceful and quiet lobby and with friendly front desk personnel.

When I requested copies, they would only release them to another medical professional. I was advised that patients often lost the films/CDs, so it was their policy to only send results to the doctor. Also the format they used was so out of date my specialist couldn't even even use their results. I had to go get another MRI somewhere else bc AZ Tech used outdated technology. Best of luck & speedy recovery!
Yes. Always behind & always a wait regardless of having an appointment. I happily drive to the Simon Med facility at I10 & Chandler Blvd when I need imaging. They do it quickly & correctly the 1st time unlike AZ Tech. I've had to repeat tests due to errors on their part. And of course got billed for their blundered & botched procedures as well. Staff is not friendly or accommodating & I've never had a good experience there.
