The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. There were security check points for safety. The only issue is there was a considerable wait, some couple of hours before my wife could be seen. We’ll still come here in the future because of the good quality of treatment is excellent and the nice medical personnel.

I’m not sure what the point of the facility is anymore. Before Covid this facility was very helpful, now all they say is go to the urgent care off the 78 or the ER. What is the point of having this facility open anymore if you are sending everyone to the new building. I’ve been tested here previously for the FLU. I’ve now tried to get tested twice and both times I have been denied. I know you have the capabilities, not a single person in the building and you still deny a simple Flu test. To be a member of Scripps and have very good insurance and can’t do something as simple like a 10 mins FLU test is ridiculous. I know you have the capabilities, I’ve had it done here before. Please go back to offering the same services as you use to. The ladies up front don’t seem to care to help people anymore, it’s much easier to send them away.

My recent visit was excellent. I was in and out quickly with a prescription and when I saw the NP she was so caring and asked all the right questions to help me feel extremely well taken care of. I would highly recommend using this service. It's way faster than Minute Clinic with higher quality care.

Scripps is currently not receiving an adequate or consistent supply of COVID-19 vaccines for first dose appointments. However, we are continuing second dose appointments for those who received their first dose with us. Scripps is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible patients with a MyScripps account. We have a limited supply available at this time, so appointments are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis through MyScripps. Eligibility is based on California state guidelines. Additional appointment slots will be added as more vaccines become available. Please do not call your physician’s office as they cannot schedule these vaccines.
