A transit center near a fancy strip mall and a hospital. On 3rd St. a few yards s. of Dunlap Ave. and 2 blocks west of 7th and Dunlap. 3 blocks e of Sunnyslope HS. Has a transit service center open weekdays 8 to 4 for the sale of bus passes and information. There are shaded and covered waiting areas for each of the 5 bus routes and SMART bus stops. A Park and Ride lot is adjacent. Only thing missing are restrooms, but they would be difficult to monitor with only 1 agent on duty at the service center. Yes, there is security checking periodically, but even then, monitoring the restrooms wouldn't be the best, especially after hours. Routes served are "0 Central Ave"; "8 Seventh Ave"; "12 12th Street"; "90 Dunlap Ave"; "106 Peoria Ave" and SMART, the Sunnyslope Circulator. A rather handy transit center.
