Don’t bother moving here my dad who is 74 years old Vietnam war veteran who did two tours has been living here for over 5 years has nothing but bad experiences since last management changed his ac had broken for over 5 days they told him 200 would be deducted they never did he gets scorpions in his apartment and recently his ceiling fan fell on him hurt his neck and back manager didn’t really seem to care if a place you live doesn’t care your safety was in danger then you shouldn’t waste your time living here. Writing this because my dad doesn’t know how to make a review but he has me so save your time find somewhere else

No maintenance service; a small request took 10-15 days to fix with no follow-up. Leasing staff was changed two months ago, but they blame all issues on the previous administration. This facility requires more professional and responsive staff.

Do not even bother trying to rent from this place. I paid the application fee, was approved, and was never sent a lease. I was supposed to move across the country and thank god I realized I was being scammed before I left. I haven't received a single email back in a month in regards to the apartment or why I was never sent a lease. This place is ran by a bunch of scammers.

THE LADIES WHO WORK IN THERE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I PAY SO MUCH MONEY TO LIVE HERE THERE IS NO PARKING WHATS SO EVER THEY TELL US TO FIGURE IT OUT WHEN I MOVED THEY NEVER SAID ANY OF THIS ! DO NOT MOVE HERE I PAID TO BE IN GATED COMMUNITY THE GATE IS NEVER CLOSED ! I HAVE TO PARK OUTSIDE MY GATE AND WALK BECAUSE THERE IS NO PARKING OR I HAVE TO PARK WAYYY IN THE BACK AND HAVE TO WALK HALF MILE TO A MILE TO GET TO MY APARTMENT ! DO NOT MOVE HEREE IM VERY ANGRY WITH HOW THEY DO BUSINESS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! THE POOL IS ALWAYS NASTY THEY DONT KEEP ANYTHING UP IF YOU NEED MAINTENANCE IT TAKES THEM DAYSSS MAYBE EVEN WEEK BEFORE THEY FIX ANYTHING ! SO MANY THINGS NEED TO BE FIXED IN MY APARTMENT YET NONE OF THEM IS HELPING! THE LADIES ARE VERY VERY NASTY AND SASSY ! DO NOT MOVE HERE
