You'd be better of living in the landfill. this place is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. The management is rude to residents and have 0 intrest in anyones wellbeing. I would have rated them 0 stars if I could. Do not foresake your elder folks here. Rent is cheap for a reason. Do not believe the response from the owner, i never talked to them after i left. I did not call them to see if i could reapply to get back into their dumpy complex, I left the state for greener pastures

It's an apartment complex for the elderly and those who mostly have no family connection but it's sometimes depressing because my heart goes out to those who are there because you know that's there final place for most to be.

I've lived here almost 2 years. It's nice. Quiet. Manager Dane is very professional. I get along well with everyone who works there and most tenants. My Dog likes it also. 🐕

Questions & Answers

I spoke with SRP who stated: Power outage in the area was reported at 3:56 AM and they are working to restore power - estimated time is 5:45PM. So, with that - who in the office can the residents? Is there a back generator or place 4 residents to go

I agree. No back up generator nothing. Elderly and the disable have food n there apt that is getting ready to spoil and some needs cooling, can't use the elevator and not one disability accommodation if anything happen. Doors don't open when power is off. I don't understand why MEB management company, why they not taking care of that. I understand things do happen. You cannot blame the workers, it's the company MEB management company that should take care of that. It upset me when the elderly and the disabled are being treated like that.

My mother hasn't had any problems that I know of. She's been there for a while. It is a gated community with electric key card for gates.

why does this place have frequent bed bug infestations?

They treat regularly so I would say dirty people spreading. Maybe instead of being on here asking, try speaking with management.
