The staff at this location is FABULOUS. I had a torn shoulder and it took me a year and 1/2 (off and on) of PT from this place to proudly say I WILL NOT require shoulder surgery!! I am totally blessed by the hand of God by Him pointing this wonderful team towards my rescue and rehabilitation. Could not be happier!

This is my second time that I’ve come to Foothills PT. I have had a wonderful experience both times at this location and the PT’s and Techs are wonderful. You really get to know everyone and they treat you like family. I worked with Ashley, Lori and Robert but all the PTs are great. If you are in need of PT I would definitely recommend this place!!

Your first appointment (initial evaluation) is usually 75-90 minutes. Standard follow up visits are usually 60-75 minutes, but this is dependent on a number of factors.
Yes we do, upper and lower body. We are firm believers in the use of BFR. We've had success using it with all types of conditions including sports injuries, post surgical including ACL, foot/ankle injuries, osteoarthritis, and other conditions where strength is needed but joint loading must be monitored. Well tolerated by all ages.
Yes we do! Great for all types of pain (post surgical, muscular, sprains/strains, chronic headaches)
Yes we do!
While we can not promise walk-in availability, we'll make every effort to accommodate a walk-in.
We treat all kinds of post operative and non-operative orthopedic conditions. We have lots of experience with overhead athletes (one of our therapists used to work in professional baseball), athletes in general (collegiate athletic trainer on staff), balance and gait training, vertigo, worker's comp, ACL rehab, spine and neck and motor vehicle accident.
Unfortunately we do not.
We can get you in within 24-48 hours and many times same day if it works for your schedule.
Yes, we are considered a WC hub.
No you do not. The only situation that you would require a referral/Rx is if we are billing your insurance and they require it. Arizona is a direct access state, meaning you can seek therapy services without seeing a physician beforehand.
