Horrible service. Went to buy some sunglasses, sales person handed me one pair “Try these” and walked away to go back to their desk and chit chat. Treated me and the only other customer like we were invisible.

Bought a pair of sunglasses ($500), and the screws kept coming out. This location told me to put a little clear nail polish to hold the screw. Hmmm, I’m not doing that! I took my glasses to the VisionWorks off Signal Butte and they replaced the frames!

Got an eye exam and a prescription from Doctor Yen Yen in December 2021, with their prescription ordered a pair of sunglasses online, and once received and wearing them for 2 weeks, I started having headaches, feeling dizzy and my right eye hurt, went to my regular optometrist for a 2nd opinion and she took care of the problem, a new complete different accurate prescription, she told me to go back to Visionworks and ask them to fix my sunglasses with the correct prescription as somehow they provided a wrong prescription, I talked to Mark at Visionworks and he told me that anything could've happened in 2 months and my sight could've changed, really? and because I didn't buy the sunglasses from them, there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, and end that's the end of the story! sometimes is hard to believe businesses are dishonest but how can a health provider get away with these things? If wouldn't get a 2nd opinion, I could probably be in trouble by now!
