Second time coming to this pool and had a terrible experience. There were probably 5 life guards and only one actually on the deck watching the kids as the others sat in the shade eating ice cream and talking. Got there at 1:04 and they said at 2:20 for everyone to get out due to thunder, which no one else heard except one lifeguard. There were 7 of us total and because it was 16 minutes past an hour they refused to refund us but said we could wait 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes only to find out as I walked up and asked, that it was adult swim, which no one ever mentioned and so us and our kids were really waiting 40 minutes. Then again, 40 minutes later, they make everyone get out again because of weather, however there is no thunder or lightening on weather app or radar. This time everyone has to pack up and get off of deck but of course everyone is just as confused, annoyed and mad, so everyone leaves. Lifeguards have a party to go to? Let’s make up imaginary thunder so we can all get off early. It was bizarre.
