Best Banfield I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend, their staff is amazing and the management really takes the time to help you understand what is going on with your pet. I will only take my dogs to this location. 10/10

I had a nicer review but keeps going down with service. These guys need to get it together. Communication is critical and vets tend to get defensive when you don't have thousands of extra money to spend on your animal. Have empathy for life and it's curve balls! My dog was put to sleep. While I can't point fingers at Banfield, I can point out that there staff needs help, they need better scheduling capabilities and be able to handle the demand of more animal's becoming pets thanks to the pandemic. For almost 8 years as a member to now a canceled member. Hopefully, they get it together since it's currently misfiring from management missing to staff.

Dr. Ringler and his associates went the extra mile to diagnose my dog with a breed specific eye condition/defect. Although they referred me to a dog ophthalmologist, they were able to make me feel confident in a basic diagnosis of my dogs condition. They could have just stopped at conjunctivitis and inflammation as previous vets had, but they dug into their text books and were able to find answers for me. Thank you!

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Nov 5, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
