Right now we are doing join for $1 sale. We are a coaching club now in addition to being a 24 hour open gym. So if you are just a DIY person in the gym. Then the dues are $19.99 bi weekly. At around 10 pm there is usually less than 5 people in the facility.

Jo, This club is a smaller more exclusive type club with only cardio, free weights, and strength training equipment. We are much less crowded than big box clubs with basketball courts. If you would like to try it out we do offer a 14 day trial pass. Check out our website for the our contact info.

The silver sneakers website says it is, but I would ask when the staff is there.

There's a street going up to a neighborhood before the turn in. You could probably park there. Otherwise, there is a turnoff across the street and down a half-block. Get a few extra steps in before hitting the gym. Other than that, there is the old Smith's up the street a ways that would probably give you the most room to park. There is a loading dock in the back. That's about a block or two West.
