The rice isn't fully cooked and raw. This has happened to us more than a handful of times now and my order is always incorrect. I ordered fried rice, Kung Pao, and string bean chicken. They gave me chow mein, beef with broccoli and orange chicken. How to avoid: Read back the order to the customer before paying and handing out the food. Before taking the food out to the customer read the receipt to see if it matches.

Every time is over 30 minutes at the drive thru. I always forget when our family decides at last minute to grab panda for dinner and then I’m reminded the second I pull up. Even when you get to order there will be an “additional 10 minute wait for that item” You are better off going somewhere to sit down.

I ordered my family a meal online and when I arrived to pick it up they let me know that they did not have one of the a la carte side items that I ordered. I said that was fine and asked them to remove the item from my order, they straight up told me they "can't do that" and asked me to pick a different item. I expressed that we wouldn't eat any of the other options and would like to have the item removed. They said that it was a "long and complicated process" to remove the item from my online order so they wouldn't be able to do that, and then forced me to pick another item. It's almost like they forgot I just purchased food with my personal money and they assumed that me losing the $6 was worth not having to wait a few minutes while they processed the refund (mind you I was the only one in the line at this time). I don't want a coupon or a free drink, I just want to avoid being forced to spend my money on food that will be thrown away :)
