Everyone that I encountered here was very nice and efficient, but the reason I felt compelled to write a review is because whenever I get my blood drawn I usually get bruises around my arm where they tie it as well as where they put in the needle. The young man who took my blood was able to make it painless and now the next day I have no bruises whatsoever. I didn’t catch his name but he mentioned he came here from California. Thank you for your skill and professionalism!

My appointment time was very accurate. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My phlebotomist was Rhonda; excellent at drawing blood and absolutely perfect customer service!!! The rest of the staff was actively busy, but responded to my 'hellos' as I walked by them.

The staff here are extremely unpleasant. They appear generally unhappy and unconcerned with providing a nice experience for their customers. They have no manners. Very aggressive and argumentative. And when disinfecting the skin at the blood draw site, they barely use any pressure as they swamp the skin. Seems as if they don't even care if patient is clean. I asked to wipe the area one more time to be sure it was clean and she gave me an attitude. It's the fifth time I've been here and they are always sassy.

I tried to make an appointment on the Quest website. There were no appointments available for over three weeks. I went as a walk-in at 7:00 am. The technician refused to take me in. When I asked her again she shouted back. She would not give me her name. I took a picture of her. She grabbed my phone. VERY RUDE INEFFICIENT. DO NOT GO THERE. QUEST HAS BECOME A SINGLE SOURCE AND THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR POSITION. I went to Holly Cross instead.
